Commentary -- Reunion - Chapter 3, Part 8

This segment takes place 5-6 months after Tensho was summoned by Azusa, and concludes the tale of the two star-crossed lovers.  Here, I present a moment of peace between Tensho and Ryoshu as they welcome their daughter into the world, pulling heavily from the imagery of Nobuyuki holding an infant Tenchi at the end of Tenchi Muyo! in Love.  Likewise, I wanted to depict the final moment Tensho saw Ryoshu as she was taken back to her homeworld.
